Before you ask

Frequently asked

The stuff that lands in our inbox most. Still stuck? Scroll up and message us.

How long will my order take?

Usually 5 to 7 days anywhere in India. If your order has more than one item, everything ships together, so the timeline follows whichever item takes longest to make.

If it's more than seven days past what we told you, message us with your order number and we'll chase it.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free all over India.

Prefer to pay on delivery? Cash on delivery is available for a ₹49 handling charge.

Where do you deliver?

PAN India. If your pincode turns out not to be on our courier's list, we'll tell you and refund you in full — and if you know a delivery option that reaches you, tell us and we'll try it.

How do I track my order?

Head to your orders to see where it is. You'll also get tracking by email once it ships.

Easier still, WhatsApp us your order number and we'll look it up.

What are the posters actually printed on?

300 GSM glossy paper, in A3 and A4. They ship rolled in our triangle box, so they land flat-free and crease-free and double as a ready gift with no extra wrapping.

Are these official merch?

No, and we're loud about it. Every design is fan art, made or curated by fans. Unofficially Awesome.

Where something is officially licensed, the product page says so.

Can I get a custom poster made?

Yes. Upload your own image on the Custom Poster page and we'll print it. There are split-panel sets, polaroid packs and themed wanted posters too.

Doing something bigger — a fest, a hostel block, a gift for a whole team? Email us and we'll sort rates.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Message us straight away with your order number and a photo — WhatsApp is fastest. We'll make it right.

Please get in touch before the packaging goes in the bin; a photo of the box helps us chase the courier.
